Reviews and Ratings
The hotel exceeded my expectations with its spotless rooms, perfect for our family of 4, but the street noise on Saturday night was quite noticeable. The service was outstanding, friendly, and very helpful throughout our stay. The location was convenient for our one-night stay before the cruise, within walking distance of Old San Juan’s attractions and near the piers. While the dining options were limited and disappointing, the facilities offered were just okay.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was unbeatable, right in the heart of Old San Juan close to everything. The rooms were comfortable, although a bit on the smaller side, with a handy sofa that could double as an extra bed if needed. The service was top-notch, with incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff. Dining was good, although the options were a bit limited, and the facilities were clean and well-kept.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were ultra comfortable and adorable, featuring a suite with a large double and two single beds. The air conditioning issue was a downside as it affected all rooms on the floor. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, among the nicest people encountered during my vacation. The location was the best, within walking distance of the fort and other sights in Old San Juan. The dining experience was very good and convenient at the Cafe Americain, with a limited but tasty menu. Overall, a great stay with a few minor drawbacks.
The hotel room was pretty small for the price I paid, more like a twin room, and lacked windows with a view. The service, however, was amazing and went above and beyond when we had issues with the room key. The location was perfect, close to many attractions within walking distance, although the views were obstructed by surrounding buildings. The dining was good but fairly basic, with organic options available, and the facilities were satisfactory.
I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms, though small, were perfect for sleeping, and the location more than made up for it. The hotel itself was beautiful, offering stunning city views from various spots. The air conditioning provided comfort, but the room was a bit dark and on the colder side even without it.
Upon entering the hotel, I found it nice and cool. My room had a balcony/window facing the street, which added to my enjoyment. While the older tower rooms give a slightly outdated vibe, they are clean and comfortable, suitable for a three and a half-star hotel charging around $200/night.
